Saving Private Ryan is a beautiful film, dont think I've ever seen platoon, out of that list above, for me it wud have Black Hawk Down, thats just an epic. Dont know whether it counts as a Film or a Miny Series but I got tha Band of Brothers box set after seing it on tv, that just comes out top trumps. _________________ I came here today with only two intentions:

Those scenes of true heroism and self sacrifice are truly moving and inspiring, Every chapter differs so much in style becuase there all directed by different people, its amazing, its so realistic and gritty, u actually feel like ur there. _________________ I came here today with only two intentions:

| None of the above, Glory has always been a favourite of mine - Matthew Broderick, Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman - great cast, great film. |
