Firstly let me welcome you to the Airsoft Direct Forum Section on dEFCONAirsoft. I'd like to thank Steve for kindly setting up this section for us.

The point of this post is to let you know some basic information about Airsoft Direct and this retailer section.

Airsoft Direct was started in February 2004, we are an internet only based retailer which prides itself on competitive prices and great customer care. Our website is located here: www.airsoft-direct.co.uk

We always happy to hear from anyone, so please feel free to contact us using this retailers section, private messages, e-mail or MSN Messenger.

The main purpose of this forum is to enable people to have another way of contacting us, but you should know there are certain things we will not discuss on this public forum. For example, we will not discuss customer orders so please do not waste your own and our time, by posting such requests. We are however very happy to answer any non-order related questions which can include but are not limited to:

1) Stock update requests, dates when out of stock items will be back in stock etc.

2) Product information.

3) Product pricing.

4) Product suggestions, any suggestions of certain products to be added to our site are always welcome.

5) E-mail’s not being answered, we aim to answer all e-mails within 12 hours of them being received. If your e-mail has not been replied to within 12 hours of you sending it, please let us know using the forum as it is possible we haven’t received the e-mail.

6) Site errors and problems.

7) Feedback and suggestions, we are always open to suggestions on how we can improve our site and services.
